RETURNS

BSDESIGN wishes to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, offering the possibility to return one or more purchased items and receive a refund equal to the value of the returned products.

The return request must be made within 14 days from the order delivery date. The return shipment is at the customer's expense and responsibility.

Returns will only be accepted if the returned products are intact, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, complete with any original packaging, tags, and labels.

RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE

To make a return, customers are invited to follow the instructions below:

1. Product Integrity
Do not remove, tamper with, cut, or damage any security seals, tags, labels, or other elements belonging to the purchased product.

Returned products must be intact and show no signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.

2. Return Deadline
The return request must be made no later than 14 days from the order receipt date.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs related to the return, as well as any costs arising from storage or failed delivery, are borne by the customer.

In the case of shipments from countries outside the European Union, any taxes, duties, or customs fees necessary for the goods to return to Italy will also be borne by the customer.

4. Return Request
To request a return, it is necessary to contact BSDESIGN via e-mail, indicating the order number in the subject line and specifying the desire to make a return.

The request will be handled by our staff, who will provide the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

5. Refund
The refund will be issued after the returned goods have been received and verified.

The refund will be equal to the value of the returned products, as provided by the conditions applicable to the order.

Any costs incurred by the customer for the return shipment will not be refunded.

6. Return Shipment
Customers can freely choose the courier or postal service to use for the return.

It is advisable to use a traceable shipping service and keep the relevant receipt until the refund process is complete.

EXCHANGES

If the customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, they must place a new order on the website and proceed with the relevant payment.

Subsequently, it will be possible to return the item from the first order by following the procedure outlined above.

Once the returned product has been received and verified, BSDesign will proceed with the corresponding refund as per the terms.
