PAYMENTS
Purchases made on bsdesign.it can only be paid for using the payment methods available during the checkout process.
BSDESIGN DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENTS.
Therefore, it is not possible to place orders with cash on delivery payment.
PAYMENT METHODS
The actually available payment methods are shown directly to the Customer before order confirmation.
Depending on the active options on the site, the Customer can use the electronic payment systems made available through Shopify and its providers.
Payment is made through secure systems managed by the respective payment service providers.
BSDESIGN does not directly store the complete credit or debit card data used during the transaction.
DEBIT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order is considered correctly received after the checkout procedure is completed and payment is successfully authorized.
Following the purchase, the Customer will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during the order.
If the payment is not authorized, is refused, or is not successfully completed, the order may not be confirmed or processed.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Transactions are processed through external payment platforms and providers equipped with their own security systems.
For security reasons, BSDESIGN cannot directly intervene in the verifications carried out by banking institutions, payment circuits, or the providers used.
In case of problems during payment, the Customer is invited to check the entered data or to contact their payment institution.
REFUNDS
Any refunds are made, unless otherwise agreed or due to technical necessity, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to be visible on the Customer's account may vary depending on the bank, circuit, or payment provider used.
CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT
BSDESIGN does not offer and does not accept cash on delivery payment.
All orders must be paid in advance using one of the methods available at checkout.
Any requests for cash on delivery payment cannot be accepted.
