2. Types of Data Collected
During the use of the site, personal data such as first name and surname, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing address, information relating to orders and purchased products, data necessary for payment management, IP address, device and browser information, data relating to site navigation, and preferences expressed regarding cookies and commercial communications may be collected.
BSDESIGN does not directly store complete payment card data; this data is managed by the payment service providers used by the site.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
Personal data may be processed to manage orders, payments, shipments, returns, and customer support; to execute the sales contract; to comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; to prevent fraud and ensure site security; to respond to user requests; to manage newsletter subscriptions; to send promotional communications when the user has given consent; to perform statistical analysis and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns when permitted by the user.

4. Order Management and Shopify Platform
The site is built using the Shopify platform, which is used for managing the online store, checkout, orders, and certain functionalities related to the shopping experience.

5. Payments
Payments can be processed through the systems available on the site, such as Shopify Payments, credit or debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and, where applicable, bank transfer.
Information necessary for processing payments may be transmitted to the respective providers solely for the purposes necessary for transaction management, security, and fraud prevention.
6. Shipments
For the fulfillment and delivery of orders, strictly necessary data, such as name, address, telephone number, and email (if provided), may be communicated to couriers and logistics partners used by BSDESIGN, including BRT – Bartolini, as well as any other operators used for national or international shipments.
